Can Hachinet communicate in Japanese?
Hachinet has a Business Analyst team and Bridge SEs with many years of experience living and working in Japan, so we can correspond 100% in Japanese through web meetings and documentation.
What tools do you use for development?
For chat tools, we use Teams, Slack, Chatwork, and Mattermost. For project and source management, we use GitHub and Redmine.
Does an estimate cost money?
Proposals and estimates are provided free of charge.
Is it possible to request design-related work?
If you desire a special design for the app UI, we will estimate the design cost separately. It is also possible to adopt a design prepared by the customer.
Do you support system maintenance?
We also support maintenance work after the delivery of apps and systems. Maintenance items such as management and minor modifications will be defined in the contract.
What is Hachinet's contracting method?
We use electronic contract services for agreements. If a paper contract is required, we can also handle it via mail.
Can Hachinet sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes, of course. Similar to the basic agreement, we primarily use electronic contract services.
Does Hachinet provide Bridge SE services for dispatching engineers to Japan for training or internships?
Hachinet always welcomes engineers coming to Japan to better understand systems and transfer technology to the development team in Vietnam.
What are the working hours at Hachinet?
Vietnam, where we are located, has a 2-hour time difference (behind) compared to Japan. Our business hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 Japan time.
Do clients need to handle immigration procedures for Hachinet Software's dispatched engineers?
Hachinet handles all procedures. Clients only need to provide the necessary information required to complete the process.
Is it necessary to provide orientation or transportation for Hachinet Software's engineers?
Our engineers have experience staying in Japan, so we will provide them with information regarding housing and other essentials upon their arrival.
Do clients need to purchase airfare or rent housing for the dispatched engineers?
All costs are included in the "initial fee," so clients do not need to pay any additional expenses.
Do we have the right to request a different engineer if we are unsatisfied with their attitude or work quality?
We collect feedback from clients every month. If there is negative feedback, we will notify and warn the individual. If no improvement is seen, we will replace them with another engineer to ensure the quality of your project.
Can clients change the working model (contract) from on-site to remote or vice versa?
This is entirely possible. Often, clients initially have personnel on-site and later transition to remote work at Hachinet's Vietnam office to optimize and reduce costs.
What roles can Hachinet's dispatched engineers take on?
We have engineers capable of various roles, including coding, design, testing, and team leadership.
What are the typical minimum and maximum contract durations with Hachinet?
Typically, contracts last between 6 to 12 months, but we can also accommodate 3-month contracts depending on the client's requirements.
