How long is the maintenance period?
Hachinet provides lifetime maintenance for mobile applications. If a bug occurs, Hachinet will fix it free of charge until it is resolved.
How do you handle security and confidentiality?
We sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) at the start of the project. Disclosing project information to third parties is strictly prohibited.
What happens if there is a delay in development?
As per the contract, if Hachinet causes a delay, a penalty must be paid (e.g., 8 JPY per minute of delay).
How does the payment process work?
Hachinet sends monthly invoices to the client, and the client proceeds with the payment process accordingly.
