The participating companies in JDXP are a group of DX system development engineers comprising more than 1,000 dynamic tech venture companies, represented (or managed) by local graduates of the first to third phases of the "HEDSPI" support project from national universities, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and JICA. Several companies with extensive experience in system development for local corporations are also among the participants.

JDXP aims to create a system that collaborates each company's offshore projects instead of individually taking them on, thereby promoting offshore business further. With cooperation between companies, from small-scale DX POC system development to large-scale system development, the companies can create development project teams beyond corporate boundaries, including excellent IT engineers.

The group is proactive in sharing information, including joint skill improvement study and development example sharing, to keep up with new technologies.
