How long is the maintenance period?
The maintenance period for Hachinet mobile applications is lifetime. If a bug occurs, Hachinet will fix it free of charge until it is resolved.
What happens if there is a delay in development?
According to the contract, if Hachinet is late, a penalty must be paid (8 JPY/minute).
How is the security agreement handled?
An NDA is signed at the start of the project. Sharing project information with third parties is strictly prohibited.
What is the payment process?
Hachinet sends a monthly invoice to the customer, and the customer proceeds with the payment.
